All items are sent via USPS and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase.
Les Qeu Bijoux is not responsible for any incurred fees of packages lost in the mail.
Contact me if your item has not been received by the tenth business day of your purchase date.
All orders shipped include tracking for conformation of delivery.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged via transit, contact me within two calendar days of receiving your order. I will promptly work with you to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
